AQUILARIA
The first step in the journey of oud begins in the forests across India, South East Asia and China. Only the Aquilaria and Gyrinops trees are capable of producing this magical substance under the right circumstances, a process that takes decades in the wild.
COLLECTING
OUD WOOD
Once mature and full of oil and resin, the trees are harvested and processed to remove any white wood that is non infected and hence not containing any of the substance we know to be the actual oud.
From here every batch is graded according to aroma, look, sinking status and more.

Now is the time to enjoy the oud, aged within the tree for decades, as we burn each piece we bask not only in its magical aromas but also carry the torch of a long standing tradition spanning millenia.
