Kambodi
PARFUM - 50ML
Kambodi is a modern chypre fragrance built upon a base of real Cambodian Oud. Famed for its sweetness, this is the rarest and most beloved oud in Arabian tradition.
Kambodi reaches new heights, elevating fine oud fragrance to another paradigm, this is unmatched, unparalleled and quite easily one of the greatest oud fragrances.
Background
In the Arabian tradition of Oud, Kambodi (Cambodian) is the pinnacle that escapes the connoisseurs. Famed for its sweetness and rarity, truly authentic Cambodian agarwood is exceptionally rare today.
The precious essence of the rare agarwood tree, gives birth to the aromatic agarwood used to distill oud oil, with only mere drops yielded from each kilogram of agarwood.
Unparalleled in its rarity, oud is one of the costliest substances known to man and incredibly difficult to work with.
Kambodi brings the heart of Cambodian agarwood to life, redefining the oud fragrance, shaking off the connotations of “barn” and “animalic” associated with poorly crafted oud.
The pure soul of artisanal oud is embedded in this fragrance — where the oud is a mesmerising fragrance in itself.

REVIEWS OF KAMBODI
This is arguably my favorite scent from the collection. It’s completely wearable in public and smells like an artisanal perfume made for opulence and sophistication. It has some facets that feel mainstream and high-end but it is anything but mainstream. Or what I lock to call “stock”. Everything including the packaging has been thought through.
The proportion of the ingredients are balanced beautifully - giving a regal flair to the quality Cambodian Oud that’s in there. I’m totally in love with this scent and will probably always have a supply so long as it’s available. Amazing creation, Hamza, may there be many more to come!
ABDUL AZIZ - KSA
In KAMBODI, as the name might already suggest, is a composition built around natural Cambodian Oud distilled delicately and fast minimising oxidative effects on the Oud Oil (less or no animalic nuances)
KAMBODI opens up quite sharp and dry, somehow very distinctively Chypré shaped structure - a quick spark of Citruses baked in the sun on the forest floor. There’s prominent leathery scent that smells like new leather covered in birch tar.
Instead of using classical rose, they chose more uplifting Geranium to sort of bring ozonic quality to balance the heavy base...
The Patchouli together with Cedar is giving pretty dry and earthy vibes here that compliments the beautifully dark, cave-y atmospheric feel yet lively and semi-sweet woody heart of Cambodian Oud. Animalic side, there’s no skankiness, no barnyardy qualities whatsoever but only very glossy leathery scent.
Now as whole, this is very dry Oud fragrance made for traditional woody Chypré lovers. I must say it took me two full wears to analyse it properly as it’s not typically sweetened Oud that we’re used to here in the western market.
This is really nice. Has a classic perfume vibe to it, but it doesn't smell common. Skillfully composed, and the quality of ingredients is clear. It smells both simple and complex, sweet but not cloying. It's kept my nose glued to my wrist since I sprayed it.
This is something you wear on a first date, a fragrance to impress. It doesn't smell out of place on my skin, I'd definitely consider it unisex, but I may have to gift this to my wife because it would be irresistible on a woman.
