Irian wood is perhaps the finest I've ever sampled, the mix of incense & spices is unlike anything I've ever smelled before. Its oud of yesteryear is gripping, rich & mind numbing - it is unlike anything I've experienced before. 

Irian has a special place in the hearts of Arab collectors, some of the greatest treasures to come out of the SQ hauls were in fact Irian in origin. The oud from here is exceptionally rare today, particularly the ultra high grade gems of the past. 

Aryani is an oil commission by a friend of ours around a decade ago, stored in his own personal vault & aged to perfection. These are his personal treasures, but in the world of oud there are times when we must part way with our precious collections for varying reasons.

It is the kindness & generosity of individuals and families like these, that allow us to experience the most mesmerising and awe-inspiring oud oils ever distilled. It is their continued generosity which allows us to continue sharing them with our most valued clients.

Extraordinary oils like this are almost exclusively reserved for royalty, high net worth individuals & the most prominent of collectors. They are a calibre and category of their own, unknown to most collectors, who seldom receive opportunities like this to experience the collections stored in the vaults of the old timers of this passion.

To describe the significance and the scent profile of oils like this in full, would leave us writing novels; our words here are a mere attempt to paint a picture of their greatness.

We all sometimes wonder if we could have purchased a certain stock, cryptocurrency or collectible many years ago, for the oud enthusiasts among us, that thought is even purer. Rather we dream of going back to experience and collect the oud of the past, not for monetary value, but for the purity and aura of its scent.

For the artisanal oud collector, this is an opportunity which rarely (if ever) comes around - let alone four oils at once - the sort of opportunity we all dream of. 

But we haven't opened this to every collector, eager to collect what might be the crown jewels of their collection, rather all of you whom are invited to this opportunity, are special & passionate collectors, whom I've had the pleasure of sharing many oils & woods with over time - this is the the greatest collection I have to share yet.
